The Nonprofit Association of Washington convenes a powerful network of nonprofit organizations across Washington State to learn, advocate, and collaborate, so that nonprofits can achieve their missions. I’ve completely redesigned many of their crucial educational PDFs with more readable layouts, modernized graphics/charts/graphs, and ereader accessibility enhancements to make them more useful for all.
The Washington State Nonprofit Conference put on by NAWA is the largest gathering of nonprofits in the state, bringing together nonprofit leaders to learn, connect, and inspire. I designed the full conference branding and program in celebration of its 30th anniversary — with a focus on the next 30 years.

NAWA’s educational resource PDFs needed a redesign not only for cleaner layouts and refreshed graphics, but to make them as accessible as possible for those in the nonprofit community who are hard of sight and/or use ereaders to help them consume digital reading materials.
Using intricate document design, detailed PDF structuring, and high-contrast type colors, I was able to make NAWA’s materials more accessible than ever.
