There are no words on this human plane that can accurately describe the phenomenon of jojo food truck in Portland, OR. The way chef/owner Justin Hintze has perfected every facet of fried potatoes and chicken sandwiches while simultaneously churning out god-tier posts on jojo’s Instagram puts any celebrity chef to shame. I’m so lucky to work with jojo on a growing list of beautifully weird design projects. Keep an eye out for jojo’s brick-and-mortar restaurant in NW Portland!

What started as a joke post on Instagram became real-life inspiration for Justin, who asked me for a “Live, Laugh, Jojo” shirt and gracefully let me run wild with it. I had a blast releasing jojo’s inner Pinterest vision board auntie with the iconic shirt below.
